Ο Μανώλης Κ. Κεφαλογιάννης κατέθεσε δύο τροπολογίες στην Ετήσια Έκθεση Προόδου της ενταξιακής προόδου του γειτονικού κράτους στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση που συζητείται στην Επιτροπή Εξωτερικών Υποθέσεων του Ευρωπαικού Κοινοβουλίου.
Με τις τροπολογίες αυτές ο Έλληνας ευρωβουλευτής ζητά την διαγραφή των όρων από την Έκθεση «μακεδόνες πολίτες» και «μακεδονική κυβέρνηση» και την αντικατάστασή τους στο κείμενο της Έκθεσης από τους συνταγματικούς όρους.
